Examination of the issue so far, has revealed that there appears to be a list of Trusted Applications, and that Keystrokes is not on the list. The main question is how do we get it onto the list of trusted applications. Important because over half of our work is centered around Keystrokes. A secondary question would be whether Keystrokes being accessed from the server might be an issue. If you launch the Norton Insight Application Ratings window from the pc security drop down options, you will find an option to check the trust level of a specific file.
